Water/Air Hygiene Service Engineer- Bristol
GBP18,000-GBP22,000 + benefits
Due to rapid growth of their public sector business, my client is now eager to recruit a multiskilled Water & Air Hygiene engineer to join their team!
Having recently signed a large contract with HMP prisons, my client is now looking for a security cleared; personal & professional engineer to join their team of 50 in Bristol. The company work with a wide range of clients & have projects ranging from domestics, commercial & industrial properties.
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience within Air or Water ie; Ductwork Cleaning Engineer, Water Hygiene Operative or HVAC background along with;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good knowledge of IT
* Legionella Awareness Training (preferred)
* Experience working in confined spaces
* Fantastic work ethic
* Flexibility to travel across the country
* Full UK driving license
The role does require the successful candidate to work on MOD sites along with Prisons, Schools & Hospitals; so, a full DBS & prison clearance check will be necessary.
Once trained through their exceptional inhouse training programme the duties will include;
(Water Hygiene Duties)
* Temperature monitoring
Sampling
* Cleaning and disinfection of cooling towers
* TMV's
(Air Hygiene Duties)
* Ductwork cleaning and disinfections
* Inspection and testing of ventilation system fire dampers
* Reading kitchen extract meters
* Deep cleans of kitchens
