You're a payroller. And therefore can pretty much walk out of your job and into another.
Why would you want to do that? It's irresponsible. And you're not going to move for just any old job.
How about one where you're working in a bureau, running lots of small payrolls for various clients, for a lovely fair boss? The job will keep you on your toes, with lots of complexities and different payroll schedules.
You'll be familiar with auto-enrolment, of course, since it's 2018 and won't be scared by the thought of being the payroller 350 businesses (the largest being about 80 employees). You'll work alongside a payroll manager, so it's not all on your shoulders.
