Adecco have an exciting new position to join their team as a Resourcer working on a large permanent campaign based in Dunfermline for a large organisation.
The events will be to recruit a multitude of temporary employees for Warehouse Associates roles.
We are looking for people with excellent customer service and communication skills who are able to work as part of an exciting team, ideally with a recruitment background.
Job type: Temporary
Location: Dunfermline
Hourly Rate: GBP8.50
Hours of work: 40 (must be flexible as may increase as and when required)
Duties:
The Coordinator will be supporting the Recruitment function and will be responsible for:
* Running recruitment assessment centres
* Facilitating and ensuring all testing is completed in a timely manner
* Preparing and maintaining assessment centre venues
* Meeting and greeting candidates on the assessment days
* Interacting and guiding candidates through the assessment centre process
* Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
* Prescreening, Presenting and interviewing potential employees
* Maintaining candidate pool
* Resourcing applicants and scheduling suitable candidates to available roles
Required Experience and Skills:
* Demonstrable experience of working in a similar or administrative role with a recruitment or HR function would be preferred.
* Proven administration or customer service skills in a busy fast paced environment
* Good communication skills and PC skills
* Prioritise and multi-tasking
* Attention to detail
* Willingness to travel when required
* High-energy and passion
* Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
