Fee Earning Conveyancer
Location: Leeds
Salary: GBP30000 to GBP35000 + Bonus
Experience Required: 18 months +
My client are a well-established, multiple office law firm based in Leeds and are looking for an ambitious residential conveyancing fee earner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Conveyancer with 1+years experience managing a busy case load to progress their career.
You will be responsible for carrying out all legal aspects on residential property transactions ensuring due diligence in all areas of processing a residential property transaction (Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered properties).
The type of transactions you will be dealing with will include Purchases, Sales, Remortgages, Auctions, New Build, Right to Buy, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Transfer of Equity, Lease Extensions and Deeds of Variation.
You will be required to deal professionally with other lawyers, estate agents and third parties associated with the transactions.
Ensure the file is ready for exchange and completion ensuring all the correct and necessary paperwork and funds are in place.
