Head of Business Performance Operations - Banking

I am currently sourcing a Head of Business Performance Operations for a Tier 1 Global Investment Bank, based in London. A key global role and senior member of the Operations Finance team, which provides an excellent opportunity to develop and grow on a global scale.
Reporting to: Operations CFO
Key responsibilities will include:
* Deputise for Operations CFO, facing off to the Head of Operations and ExCo, and to wider Finance
* Support driving financial business partnering and performance management across operations; currently a direct cost base of c.$2bn and c.40k FTE
* Support with the delivery of the 2018-2020 strategy from a financial management perspective
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members
Essential knowledge and experience:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with significant post qualification experience)
* Experience operating at a senior level within a complex financial services organisation
* Proven ability to deliver cost efficiencies
* Subject matter expertise in Operations
* Experience working at a senior level within the cost team of a global organisation
