Cyber Security Manager (Financial Services)
London
Client is financial-services London-based client is looking to recruit for a cyber security manager. The role pays up to £70,000 plus a strong benefits package which includes an annual bonus (up to c25%), pension scheme (employer contributions higher than employee), a c10% flexifund / cashpot plus a large range of extras covering insurances, healthcare, flexible annual leave and more.
The successful applicant will carry:
* A broad range of cyber / infosec experience, likely including one or more of providing organisational certifications (such as ISO27001 or SOC2), advanced threat readiness and protection, application protection, identity and access management, incident response, information privacy and protection, cyber risk analytics, vulnerability management, cyber war gaming and PCI DSS;
* Technical or specialist experience, likely to include some experience working with/on one or more of security technology deployment or operation, operating system build/support/configuration, networking, software or web development, coding, system or solution architecture initiatives, cloud initiatives, incident response/management, and technical risk assessments.
* Commercial awareness and business acumen, including specifically a good understanding of cyber risk to both business processes and supporting technology and mechanisms to measure and manage that risk;
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience of developing effective working relationships and influencing outcomes;
* A demonstrable ability to solve complex problems objectively, using an appropriate combination of analysis, experience and judgement;
* A passion for delivering high quality complex projects including effective programme, project, financial and people management;
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate highly complex concepts effectively, appropriately tailored to people from a range of cultures, technical backgrounds and seniorities;
* Up-to-date knowledge of the latest cyber-attack techniques and threats
* Relevant cyber qualifications, for example CISSP, CISM, PCI QSA or equivalent, would be beneficial.
