Customer Service Advisor
Brook Street recruitment has an exciting and rare opportunity with one of the UK's leading supplier of office stationary and work place solutions.
We are recruiting NOW for a customer service agent in a busy inbound call centre based in Airdrie.
Working as a customer service agent you will be dealing with inbound calls from customers and clients alike, handling enquiries and any disputes to ensure the customer experience is maintained to the highest levels at all times.
Experience of working within a Call Centre environment is not necessary, however you will be dealing with a high level of activity within a business environment.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and customer rapport skills in order to deliver a world class customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate your message and build trust with customers and colleagues.
Good level of I skills, experience of using client database's or internal data management systems.
Ability to complete and handle back-office administrational duties and reporting data in-line with department requirements.
This is an ongoing temporary role which may have the potential to lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
