Housing officer required in Wembley on a 3 month temporary contract.
Full time hours 09.00 -17.00
The main purpose of this job role is to provide visible, accessible housing management services on the ground to customers renting homes, garages, shared owners and owner opccupiers. Manage the pre-void and lettings function, and to promote the housing management brand. Manage tenancy breaches in line with legislation and policies and deliver inspections that meet health and safety and compliance regulations.
You will have knowldege of housing legislation: especially understanding of Landlord and Tenant law and all legal requirements relevant. GCSE/BTEC level in Administrative and literacy, which must be demonstrable tom operate at this level.
