Purpose:

1. To be responsible for service delivery and Sales growth and business retention of Transactional client accounts.

2. To be responsible for client transactional and related adhoc print communication and allied stationery requirements. Ensure any data supply and services issues are "Issue Report" logged, managed and resolved professionally and in a timely manner.

3. To create and maintain daily/ weekly / Monthly/ SRM Management Information Reporting. To ensure all invoicing is carried out on a timely basis, ensuring all additional costs are captured, communicated/ submitted to prescribed month-end sales book closure dates.

4. To support the delivery of business goals by adhering to all policies and procedures applicable to your job role and area of responsibility.

Description:

1. A strong and informed knowledge of the range of services provided by the Group.

2. Manage clients assigned ensuring that the company is presented as a value added provider of Multichannel communication solutions to all our clients.

3. Ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately, on time and in a presentable manner.

4. To ensure that all invoicing is completed within to agreed Finance book cut-off date. To ensure that all additional costs are fully documented and invoiced.

5. Administer jobs with effective cost management to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

6. To manage their Client portfolio ensuring SLA compliance / measurable performance and completing MI reports and Issues log as required.

7. To manage and escalate any issues arrising with internal stateholders i.e Data Ddvelopment / Operations ensuring client satisfaction is delivered.

8. Prepare for SRM 's , Service Review Meetings and format reports.

9. To identify and promote additional services to client portfolio.

10. Understand and comply with COMPANY's policies and procedures.

11. Flexible attitude to hours worked in delivering Client Service Satisfaction at all times.

KEY SKILLS:

1. Excellent knowledge and practical understanding of Client data formats and data briefs / lithographic / Digital lasering / printing / finishing/ Machine and Hand enclosing, envelope production, mailing and Royal mail and DSA postal services.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Effective detail orientated listening skills.
4. Accurate, detailed and consistent administration skills.
5. Good understanding of (MIS) Management Information and Communication Composition Systems and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft office suite i.e. word / Excel / PowerPoint.
6. Ability to accurately translate client data driven requirements into Data Development and ultimately production/ despatch requirements.
7. Ability to generate innovative and effective solutions and added value propositions to both meet and exceed client requirements.
8. Flexible and able to cope with pressure, resulting from multiple client projects at any one time.
9. Team player, able and willing to assist other members of their team and to contribute towards common team objectives.
10. Good commercial acumen.
11. Computer literate familiar with use of management information systems for processing & managing jobs.

BACKAGROUND EXPERIENCE:
Transactional communications experience as an Account Manager within a similar organisation
