Customer Supply Chain Coordinator, Customer Account Manager, Customer Service.

Experienced Customer Supply Chain Coordinator required for an exciting and challenging new positon!
We are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to provide operational Supply Chain Support and effective Customer Service. This is a busy, fast paced and varied role and would suit somebody who has been in a high level Customer Service or Account Management position before.
Key responsibilities include:
• Keep the customer up to date at all stages of the order process, from costings, quotations to amendments and order status.
• Receive, process and confirm customer orders.
• Prepare and action all invoice and credit requests.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Attend daily production planning meetings. Initiate and lead customer or internal meetings when required.
• Produce end of period analysis.
• Flexibility to support other accounts when required.
Essential skills and experience required:
• Excellent customer service skills including dealing with fast-moving and demanding customers.
• Good communication skills - via phone, email, letters and face to face - maintaining a polite and professional attitude at all times.
• Good problem analysis and problem solving skills.
• Computer literate including Word and Excel.
• Accurate, self-motivated and very well organised.
Desirable experience:
• Proven experience in a similar position.
