Working as part of our Quality Department, Pirelli Tyres would like to recruit a Market Quality Super Controller responsible for ensuring UK products going into the warehouse have achieved premium status.
This role would be ideal for an individual who has completed their A Levels, and wants to start a career within Quality.
The role will involve regular liaison and communication with a variety of stakeholders, therefore the successful candidate must be confident in establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels. Main duties include, but are not limited to:
* Perform daily super control on tyres produced in Burton MIRS
* Perform routine testing of first line inspectors
* You will assist in the MIRS monthly re inspection audit equal to 1.5% of the production
* Have the ability to collate and analyse all data relating to the performance first examiners
* Manage the checking and release of non-conforming products in the NDC
* Check and prepare tyres for marketing and sakes for special orders
* Check incoming products when required
A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to change is essential, along with strong self-motivation and the ability to prioritise own workload, ensuring deadlines are achieved. We also require someone who is able to demonstrate analytical skills. Good IT skills are also essential, with previous experience of using SAP, PowerPoint and Excel preferred.
