Your Role: 

As a Junior Will Writer & Funeral Plan Specialist, you will join our specialist Wills and Power of Attorney Team and receive all the training and support you need to become a successful will writer and funeral planner. 

In this engaging and customer-focused role, once trained you will contact potential clients and provide them with information regarding how they can be helped in preparing their will or setting up their funeral plans. 

You’ll analyse each individuals’ objectives and circumstances and develop suitable solutions for their needs. 

Additionally, your role will involve: 

- Providing comprehensive recommendations for funeral plans and wills 
- Making use of leads and proactively contacting clients 
- Keeping accurate records in-line with file quality and record keeping requirements 
- Communicating the outcomes of applications 
- Building relationships with will and funeral service providers 
- Working closely with the Compliance Function to ensure a compliant approach to your work 

About You: 

To be considered as a Junior Will Writer & Funeral Plan Specialist, you will need: 

- Customer service experience 
- A proactive, hardworking approach 
- A focus on achieving your targets 
- A team player mentality 
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly 

A degree would be beneficial to your application. Experience within law or financial services would also be advantageous.
