NUNEATON

Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (a degree of flexibility is required in order to meet the demands of the business) 

We are looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our Transport team at our Nuneaton Depot.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

As the Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will ensure that the needs of all Fowler Welch customers are satisfied to the required standard and to provide and process information in response to enquiries, claims, requests and concerns about our product and services. 

You will compile and produce reports and KPIs that substantiate the position of the business and our customers with regards to service levels. 

WHAT DO YOU NEED? 

We are looking for someone with customer service experience within the logistics sector providing them with a detailed knowledge of relevant legislations within the transport sector. 

We want someone who is capable of evaluating pros and cons of particular situations, issues or viewpoints. They will need to be able to modify their thinking, behaviours or plans in response to situations or contrary evidence. 

We need a proactive self-starter with a drive for excellence through effective communication and attention to detail. 

The ideal candidate will strive to review processes and practices to improve efficiencies with a strong focus on results and targets considering future projects and deadlines.
