Our client is looking for an experienced Business Support Officer - to join the Learning Disability Team based at Harewood Hall in March.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative and secretarial support to the team and office. Main duties will include:
• Maintaining up to date, accurate, filing systems
• Processing and responding to incoming communication, via post, email and telephone
• Generating reports, documents and letters
• Involvement in arranging unit meetings; organising venues, date and preparing papers and agenda documents
• Co-ordinate diary management to ensure meetings are arranged and information recorded and distributed
• The administration of processing payments; including collection, recording and banking of income and raising invoices and ensure safe keeping of monies.
Candidates must have previous experience working within an administration / office role. be qualified to GCSE standard with an A-C grade in English & Maths or equivalent standard and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Windows systems.
