You will be supporting employees throughout the company supporting the HR function. You will advise on a whole range of activities and processes. You will provide reliable advice and guidance and support with administration. As a Senior Administration Assistant you will help the Team Leader and Manager with data analysis, and HR case management.
Experience working in an HR admin based role is essential. Managing sickness and planned absence experience is required for this role. Must be a clear communicator and good working knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
