PARTS Customer Service Advisor wanted - My client is expanding again and now recruiting for a Customer Service Parts Advisor to join their busy team. If you are a 'people' person, who enjoys speaking with customers and suppliers daily then this could be an ideal role. You need to be confident using a computer along with a strong attention to detail. Previous experience working in a parts/stores, would be an advantage. The company is based on the outskirts of Peterborough and commutable from Stamford, Deeping , Bourne, Peterborough and the surrounding area. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer enquiries for parts (by phone or email)
Process parts orders on the stock control system (training will be given)
Update the performance logs daily (training will be given)
Book couriers for parts deliveries, as required
Track customer deliveries
To be responsible for purchasing activities as required for these customers as well as ad-hoc duties for the purchasing team
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
Demonstrate excellent customer service
Monthly targets will be set at the beginning of the year for sales value.
New orders must be entered on performance logs within 24 hours.
Skills:
Strong customer service skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
Team player
Accurate keyboard skills
Self motivated
Hardworking and friendly
In return, you will be given a competitive salary along with 29 days holiday (including bank holidays). You will also have a salary with bonus, based on a performance over targets. Bonuses are paid every quarter. This will commence after 12 months of continuous employment with the company. The role is Monday - Friday and a 40 hour week.
