Job Title: Compliance Support Assistant
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Salary GBP18,000 pa plus benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
The Lucketts Group are looking to recruit an enthusiastic hard working and dedicated Compliance Support Assistant to support the Group Compliance Manager to meet and deliver the day to day Group compliance requirements. This role is based at our Fareham Head Office and Depot.
Compliance Support Assistant - About the Role and About You:
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing strong compliance administration support, and ensuring all required processes and protocols are followed. You will need to be confident in providing and presenting accurate analytical data and reports, and collating information relating to accident reporting procedures, maintaining databases, and safe disposal of data.
We have high expectations of our people, so to be successful you will possess excellent professional people and communication skills, be focussed, analytical, accurate, have an excellent eye for detail, and be well-organised. You will have a good quality compliance and risk awareness, and have a reliable, flexible and positive can-do attitude. You will be willing to go the extra mile, and be committed to supporting and delivering the company values.
As our Compliance Support Assistant, you will need to demonstrate a high standard of English verbal and written skills as we rely heavily on accurate clear information and communication. You will also be well versed and confident in MS Office.
