The Role
This role is responsible for managing multiple small - medium sized business change projects for the customer service / operations division of this large scale Financial Services business. You will be responsible for leading business projects and initiatives through the change life cycle using a range of tools and methodologies, planning & approach documents - typical projects could include new products, services or suppliers. You will be working with small groups or individuals to ensure successful delivery of change, as well as working with the training manager to ensure there is awareness and support of activities.

About You
You will need to be a focused and self-starting individual with experience in managing a range of small - medium sized business change projects within; people, process, IT, behaviour, culture in a fast paced environment. Your background should include experience working within a regulated industry, ideally FCA regulations. You will need to be a strong communicator, with experience in delivering change through engaging stakeholders either in workshops, 1to1 or small groups. You will need to have experience with lean process design & lean six sigma (preferably a yellow belt), ideally with an APM foundation or Prince 2.
