We are looking for a Club Services Assistant to join a small friendly team, based near Hungerford. Along with great company benefits such as company discounts you will be working within a beautiful location.
Your main duties will include:
Providing exceptional customer service.
Ensuring all areas within the Restaurant, Bar and Bistro are set for service.
Taking and inputting all guests' orders correctly onto EPOS system.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, both in appearance and environment.
Being aware of any promotions and upselling when appropriate.
Taking reservations and making sure they are recorded correctly.
Ensuring strong communication is maintained with all staff members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn and a passion for providing good customer service, experience within hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Due to the location, you will need to have access to a car.
