I am pleased to be recruiting an Order Processing Administrator for my client based in Portslade. This role has been created due to extra workload, and you'll be working in a small team within administration and customer service, supporting the account managers and field sales teams.

Key Duties:

  • Processing orders
  • Sending out contracts to customers
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Answering queries by phone and email
  • Managing the post
  • Data entry


This role will suit a strong Administrator, with experience of prioritising and managing a heavy workload, excellent organisation skills and good attention to detail. Full training will be given on the products and services they provide, as well as the systems they use.

This role will be starting in July and there is a starting salary of GBP18,000.
