The newly created team will sell both compound feed and fertilisers to farmers along with a comprehensive portfolio of grass seeds, straights, wet co products, liquids, minerals and silage additives. Tarff Valley has a reputation for customer service, product quality and technical backup seeks both experienced sales specialists for Ayrshire and Lanarkshire as well as trainee sales personnel who have had either dairy or beef farm working experience.
Enthusiastic and dynamic candidates with a successful track record of sales to farm will need to demonstrate their ability to sell to leading livestock farmers in this new territory for Tarff Valley. All candidates need to have an outgoing personality, good computer skills and maths along with a first class knowledge of dairy cows and beef cattle.
In a fast moving livestock industry, self-starting and driven individuals are needed that will demonstrate to farmers a winning farm business empathy plus enjoys the challenge of selling.
