Recruitment Adviser

Temporary Recruitment Adviser job paying GBP16-GBP21 in Central London. Your new company You will be working for a renowned research institute located in Kings cross. Your new role As the interim Recruitment Adviser you will support line managers by providing an outstanding end to end recruitment service for all live vacancies. This will cover all corporate and research vacancies. You will be required to identify and design improvements to the organisations recruitment procedures to improve the process they are currently undergoing. Additionally, You will be required to support with the implementation of the Cezanne recruitment module. This is a temporary role paying GBP16-20p/h for a period of 2 months. What you'll need to succeed You will have previous experience of end to end recruitment and therefore demonstrate thorough working knowledge of best practise recruitment including: designing & implementing recruitment processes, writing job adverts, and short listing. The organisation currently use the system Cezanne so previous experience with this is highly desirable. As an individual, you will be proactive with the ability to work well under pressure! Interviews will take place on Tuesday 22nd May so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
