The role would require you to lead and grown your own team, and offer support and supervision when necessary. You would be involved in dealing with high net worth estates, handling sale and purchase transactions and new development work.

Experience in managing a team is needed with the ability to also manage a varied caseload. Great use of initiative and leadership skills is key, as well as having the attitude to succeed
