Role and Responsibilities
As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping their customer services and supporting the wider growth and development strategy, they are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their Growth & Development Team.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, and working as part of the Growth and Development Team, the role will support the increasing programme of sales, including shared ownership and Rent to Buy homes. Primarily office based, the Sales Co-ordinator will
support team members in delivering great customer service and high performance responding to incoming enquiries, updating databases and delivering sales/lettings progression.
You will respond to incoming customer enquiries, whether by email, telephone or other means, providing customers with information, marketing materials and updates, whilst maintaining and updating marketing, customer and sales databases, to ensure key documents are stored electronically so as to enable easy reporting, document retrieval and support Homes England and audit compliance.
Liaising with the Help to Buy Agent and administer applications, supporting documents, you will advise applicants whether they meet relevant Homes England or other criteria. You will administer property reservations and reservation payments, whilst assisting customers through the purchase process, proactively liaising with solicitors, agents, customers and lenders through to the handover support. You will assist with the rent to buy process, and assist with application eligibility checking, tenant referencing, start and end of tenancy processes.
Key Requirements
You should have experience of property sales and/or marketing lettings and experience to delivering excellent customer experience with excellent ICT skills, including MS Office, to support maintaining databases, customer relationship management systems, and digital communications.
You should have the ability to cultivate productive relationships with colleagues and partners.
