We're looking for a Delivery Consultant to support some of our major accounts as they continue to grow and need more people.
You'll be working in a lively and busy team made up of driven and ambitious people. You'll be contributing to the financial growth of the team and will be rewarded for your results.
The majority of your role will be telephone based, calling candidates to discuss open vacancies with our clients that match their skills. You must have strong communication skills (telephone, face to face and written) and you must be able to effectively organise yourself. The key to success in this role is the ability to build relationships. This role also requires you to discuss and negotiate pay and invoice rates with candidates and clients so you must be numerical and be able to pay attention to and understand the importance of detail.
This is a sales business and consistently high activity from our individuals is a key contributor to the growth of the team and the business. This means we work in a KPI driven environment. The ability to consistently hit targets is important and essential for anyone in this role.
