Job Description

Job Title: Centre Sales Manager

Location: Swindon

Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm) plus occasional hours when present at networking events i.e. breakfast meetings.

Salary: GBP34,000pa OTE (GBP26,000 to GBP28,000 basic)

Our client is a well-established and contemporary Serviced Office Provider based in Swindon. Due to a period of expansion and continued success, they are now looking to acquire the services of an enthusiastic and highly-communicative Centre Sales Manager who will be responsible for selling vacant office space, in addition to retaining existing occupiers. This role will suit an individual who enjoys regular networking; who is motivated by finding new business and developing strong long-lasting relationships.

Purpose of the role:

To maintain high level of office occupancy, customer service and customer satisfaction; to include marketing of prospects, enquiry promotion and development, sales and negotiation. Responsible for the daily operation of the business centre with delegated responsibilities to a direct report who will work in a CSA support role.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of prospect CRM from initial enquiry to viewing, conversion to client
  • Managing and maintaining good relations with introducing web and local commercial agents
  • Prospect viewings of building, office space, meeting rooms and common areas
  • Managing sales enquiries and viewings and conducting sales tours
  • Negotiating and closing sales for occupation and/or ancillary services and products
  • Maximise revenue / promote added value services and client renewals
  • Involvement and local input to social media initiatives
  • Involvement in client move in / move out procedures and completion of associated paperwork
  • Ensure turnaround of vacant offices within the company timescales
  • Ensure welcome packs are prepared and up to date
  • Setting up clients' connectivity and telephone systems, providing support where necessary in conjunction with chosen providers.
  • Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Bi-Monthly cleaning meetings with the cleaning supervisor
  • Annual (or as required) review of contracts with Operations Manager re provision of service satisfaction and cost control
  • H & S implementation

Key Skills & Experience:

  • This is a client facing position, so energy and enthusiasm are essential
  • Previous sales experience is essential
  • Local knowledge of Swindon and surrounding areas is highly advantageous
  • Ability to lead and give direction
  • Must be highly motivated with the ability to manage own workload
  • Must be IT and computer literate
