Head of Department - Residential Property (mf)

Your role as the Head of Conveyancing will be to manage and mentor the team based in Preston city centre. In addition, you will manage existing client relationships, undertaking marketing/development of the department through your existing network and contacts in order to generate work.,

You will likely be an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 4+ years experience in handling your own caseload together with supervisory/managerial experience (preferably). To be successful in the role, you'll likely have a following of clients, or have a business case of how you plan to generate new clients.
