Residential Service Manager
Do you live near Sutton or in travelling distance? A leading care provider is currently recruiting for a care manager to manage their supported living service which compromises of 7 en-suite flats.
The company which was established over 20 years ago provides support to people with learning disabilities via residential care, day services, outreach, supported living and more. The company has over 140 services helping over 700 people across the UK.
The clients consist of adults with learning disabilities, those on the autism spectrum and those that may have anxiety disorders and related conditions.
Your role will involve you managing the budget, ensuring the highest level of care and support are given and maintained, monitor and evaluate the quality of the service and helping build and establish a new service giving you a sense of accomplishment.
Due to the nature of this role, we would need for you to have management experience, have a very strong awareness and background of CQC policies and procedures and have the knowledge of managing a supported living or learning disabilities service.
