Registered Cluster Manager

One of the largest charities that provides support to people and their families with learning disabilities across the UK is recruiting for a permanent Registered Cluster Manager to join their team to help improve the lives of vulnerable people.

You will be responsible for the management of 3 services which include a day service and 2 supported living services. The role will include but is not limited to you setting and achieving service development goals, to mentor coach and develop direct reports, ensure services and individuals are supported and have resources needed to develop and move forward.

Due to the specialism of this role we would need you to hold a minimum QCF 5 or equivalent, those working towards or willing to work towards this will also be considered, knowledge and experience of working with those with learning disabilities and multi-site experience will be desirable.
