ICT Administrator
Location: Plymouth
37 hours per week (Part Time working may be considered)

Our client are transition management specialists. They offer information, guidance and support to people and organisations as they move through different stages of their lives. They are a not-for-profit social enterprise; They reinvest any operating surpluses into new products and services, organisational development, and community based projects.

They are looking for an individual to support the ICT Business Partner with assisting company staff with ICT queries. You should possess excellent customer service skills and will have experience of troubleshooting Windows computers in an office environment.

You will have knowledge and previous experience with:

  • Administering Active Directory user accounts.
  • Administering Exchange mailboxes and distribution groups.
  • Troubleshooting Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 issues.
  • Supporting Microsoft Office software.
  • Connecting client computers to Wi-Fi and local area networks.

A clean driving license would be desirable as occasional travel to other offices maybe necessary

Salary is negotiable
