Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

In this role you would be responsible for maintaining high quality plumbing/mechanical and electrical installations, repairs and maintenance to M&E Plant and Building Fabric. Playing a key role in planning and completing a range of routine maintenance works associated with plumbing/mechanical and electrical engineering you will also complete proactive inspections and remedial repairs

You will have previous experience of working in a multi skilled maintenance role, particularly in relation to plumbing/mechanical maintenance. You will also have experience of fault finding in various plumbing/mechanical and electrical systems as well as qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Commercial / Industrial Heating & Plumbing etc.

You will be a good team player with excellent problem solving and organisational skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. Good communication skills and the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders at all levels is essential.
