Administrator required for financial processing team within the MOJ.
Role involves money handling, dealing with accounts related enquiries and working with figures. Investigating and reconciling figures using financial reports produced from court computer system. Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and by correspondence is part of the role and therefore good customer service skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication required to draft emails and letters. Should be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced office environment.
We have a number of each role available to start ASAP. All applicants will be subject to DBS vetting, 3 years of employment reference checks (Gaps of employment will require a personal reference). These are long term roles, so we would expect applicants to be available for a minimum of 6 months. There is every chance these roles can become permanent in the future.
