Starfish Group is setting up a new project.
Post: Community Transformation Lead
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 pro rata.
Based: Community Based, North East & The Midlands
A senior management post intended to take on all practical responsibility for the overall delivery and development of current Community Transformation Projects within the Starfish Group, while also providing management support for the CEO and Starfish Board.
To ensure the existence, compliance with and development of proper plans (linked to Project Work Plans) to address all of the contractual, local, legal, commercial, financial and quality issues and aspirations of the Group within its Community Transformation section.
The post holder will be expected to travel between all current community projects as well as being ready to expand services into new areas across the UK.
