Head of Food and Beverage

My client is a well established entertainment centre based in the heart of East London. You will Head of Food and Beverage at the centre and will be required to work outside normal working hours. As the Head of Food and Beverage you will be a visible leader and manager ensuring the smooth running of the food and beverage offering of the facility. Directly responsible for the management of the Head of Bars and the Head of Catering, this role is accountable for a team of up to 100 personnel. The successful candidate for this role will be able to forecast, plan and manage all aspects of F&B with the goal being focused on maximising sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. You will also assume responsibility for 2 duty manager shifts a week, however this may increase. -Maintaining a physical presence on the operating floor when on duty; -Working closely with various management positions - keeping them informed and supported at all times; -Addressing problems/concerns/standards immediately as they arise; -Completing mandatory compliance checklists whilst on duty; -Handling complaints and overseeing ejections to ensure they are carried out efficiently and in alignment with license conditions; -Liaising with customers base (dealing with situations; KYC; Audits etc); -Communicating and liaising with internal customers such as contractors or suppliers, representatives of the landlord, any relevant regulatory body, licensing authority, police or other emergency services and executive management; -Minimising risk The ideal candidate will have the following attributes; *Proven background of 5 years in a senior management role *A valid Personal Liquor Licence *DPS Licence Holder *CIEH qualified If you feel this is the ideal role for you, please apply within.
