Insurance Claims Advisor

You will be responsible for your own case load of customers, where you will provide exceptional customer service in order to successfully manage the claims process from start to finish. You will also liaise with 3rd parties in order to coordinate their activities, whilst ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all stages. You will receive all the training you need to be successful in this role, which will include a mixture of class room and on the job sessions.
You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload, whilst working under pressure.
You will be able to complete letters and reports using a high standard of written and oral communication.
You will also be naturally customer service focused.
Accuracy is of up most importance in this role so you`ll need to have a very high attention to detail
You will have have a stable work history, ideally with a background working within a regulated environment.
