My client is the Region's Premier Independent Group of Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers and Estate Agents, and due to phenomenal success they are currently have a vacancy for a Property Valuer to join their team in Worcester.
This role is perfect for an individual that has a proven sales and target-driven background.
As a Property Valuer, you will attend property site visits and match the client's motivation and needs to one of their fast sale solutions.
You will be able to correctly identify the true value of properties and what price they need to be marketed at to generate sales within a specific time frame. We are looking for dynamic, well-presented individuals that are hungry for business and have an appetite for sales and conversion.
You must also hold a full UK driving license.
This role would suit an experienced Estate Agent/Senior Negotiator who is ready to take the next step within their career in property.
The position offers a highly competitive salary with a very realistic OTE, made up of monthly bonuses by individual performance and team led achievements, car allowance and pension contribution.
