In 2016 they secured investment of £2.7million from the European Social Fund (ESF) and Big Lottery Fund (BLF) to lead an exciting & ambitious programme. The Programme; Building Better Opportunities - Sheffield City Region (BBO SCR) is an integrated, person-centred employment service for people with physical and mental health conditions, learning disabilities and complex needs. It’s based on Individual Placement Support, a “place then train” approach that’s shown to be twice as effective as traditional approaches.

The programme is being delivered over a two-year period and involves working with voluntary, community and private sector organisations in delivering objectives that have been set within their vision & strategy.

The post holder will:

• Excellent data management skills, including the capacity to use and maintain SQL databases and Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to analyse data, extract meaning and report findings in a clear and visually appealing way
• Experience of data analysis in day-to-day operations or project work
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
• Resilience and the capacity to work effectively under pressure and to tight timelines
• Self-motivation and enthusiasm
• Commitment to the values and behaviours of the business (Care, Commitment, Respect; Honesty and Integrity)

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2018
