Operations Manager
Llandudno, with UK travel
35 hours per week
Up to GBP36,360 per annum, depending on experience
At Blind Veterans UK, we believe that no one who has served our Country should have to battle blindness alone. It is our mission to ensure that vision impaired ex-service men and women have access to the finest quality of services to help them discover life beyond sight loss.
We are looking for an outstanding leader who can bring together all the different elements of our service delivery into a bespoke, just in time, package to enable our members to achieve victory over blindness.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all the centre resources are utilised efficiently and effectively, maximising opportunities for members, whilst also ensuring we are able to deliver the highest quality service to our veterans. In addition, you will work with staff across the centre to capture and communicate; within the centre; the charity; and the wider world the, impact of the service on our members.
To succeed in this role you will need:
* A proven track record of programme & project management
* The ability to draw on your excellent leadership and communication skills to enhance our service delivery
* A strong focus on attention to detail
* The ability to adapt to a constantly changing operational environment.
