Support Workers
Longlast is a well established, CQC rated Outstanding Residential Care Home for 11 adults with a Learning Disability.
We currently require part time support workers for shift work to join our established and professional team. These will be permanent contracts for between 16 to 26 hours per week.
Due to the needs of our clients we require female support workers.
You must possess excellent ethos and values around the provision of care and support and be able to work as part of a team to support our clients in all aspects of their lives.
Summary of Role:
To work as part of a team of support workers to ensure all clients are supported in a Person Centred Approach and that clients are consulted, empowered and included in all aspects of their life, care & support and the local community.
We are located between Carlton and Thorpe Thewles villages on the outskirts of Stockton and Sedgefield; therefore it is advantageous for you to drive.
NVQ and relevant experience is preferred but not essential as an extensive training package is offered. Enhanced DBS check will be required.
