Balancing the workload of a time-critical logistics company is a challenging but rewarding career. They are looking for a German speaking (native level/fluent) customer service/sales representative to join the team, with the dedication, drive and passion to get the job done for their customers.

The ability to 'Stay Agile' is a core principle in their business and they expect you to be able to stay agile in the role of customer service/sales representative. You will be balancing the needs of their customers alongside their operating profit, achieving the full potential of every sales opportunity.

Headquartered in Coventry, the heartland of UK automotive manufacturing, they pride themselves on solving problems for their clients while providing exceptional customer service, 24/7.

Please note they are looking for a candidate who has German at a native level or is fluent in both spoken and written German.

What the position will entail:

- Quoting for and selling emergency transport solutions by both road and air to their UK and German clients.
- Ensuring client satisfaction during the contract.
- Ensuring that the company achieves a profit on each sale.
- Recording all quality issues and finding a solution that your customer is happy with within 15 minutes.
- Keeping invoices and PODs up to date and ensuring clients are regularly informed.

Desirable skills (Full training will be given):

- The ability to plan and execute logistical solutions
- An excellent telephone manner and experience in customer service
- Experience in sales
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge of the EU regulations for road transport.
- Have, or be able to develop, expertise in the technical details of the transport you are booking space in.
- Flexibility and the ability to deliver solutions in a calm and pro-active way under pressure.

Package:

- Full time position with rotating shifts Monday to Friday:7 - 16; 08 -17 and 10 - 19
- Salary range: from £25,000 to £31,000, depending on experience.
- Annual performance bonus: up to one month gross salary.
