Now, they are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy Head Office in Bourton-on-the-Water.

The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll perform a range of tasks to support our client’s Finance function.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will:
- Post purchase ledger invoices and credits
- Respond to purchase ledger and sales ledger related queries
- Allocate payments and reconcile supplier statements
- Carry out month end reporting
- Help to chase up payments
- Assist with ad hoc projects and admin tasks
About You
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Experience of working in a busy accounts department
- Basic accounting skills
- A high level of IT literacy, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Exposure to MS Dynamics Navision or a similar accounting package
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication and team-working skills
Experience of multi-currency transactions would be beneficial to your application, but this isn’t essential.
