Our client in Doncaster is currently recruiting for CNC Millers to join their successful business on permanent basis.
Experience in machine setting/programming is a must!
Your tasks will be to set and operate vertical machines which allow secondary operations on turned parts, while also using their quick pneumatic clamping to set up multiple vices to machine Brass or Aluminium manifolds.
Large Hurco VMX milling centres with beds up to 1 x 0, through spindle coolant and 18kW spindles for large material removal. Combining these machines we can offer a wide range of milling capabilities beyond our standard 3 axis capacity.
2 x Brother TCS-2A. with MicroLoc clamping (480 x 360 bed)
1 x Hurco VMX24i (760 x 500 bed)
1 x Hurco VMX42i (1270 x 600 bed)
1 x Hurco VMX42i (1270 x 600 bed) fully automated Kuka robot loaded cell
The company operates on 3 shift patterns:
Shift 1: 7am - 3 Monday - Friday
Shift 2: 2 - 10 Monday - Friday
Shift 3: 10 - 7am Monday - Thursday
Shift allowance and a production related bonus are available after a qualifying period.
The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Our client is willing to invest in NVQ training, and will also consider recent graduates.
