Coulter Elite Resourcing - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a HR Advisor for their client based in Milton Keynes.

Part time position working between 24- 32 hours/week!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join an established company who specialise within designing bespoke products for nationally recognised clients and brands. This position would provide excellent career development, working within a growing HR department in a newly refurbished office.

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and prioritising your own workload to ensure deadlines are met which simultaneously responding to requests and queries from all levels of seniority. This position would suit someone with a couple of years HR experience who is ideally interested/currenting studying for their CIPD.

Principle Responsibilities: -

* Assist with the recruitment of all internal vacancies, liaising with candidates to discuss role requirements and arrange interviews
* Prepare new contracts and starter packs for all employees, managing inductions and carrying out probationary period reviews
* Produce appraisal forms and assist with occasion appraisal reviews if the Head of HR is away from the business
* Work alongside the Head of HR to progress the Learning and Development function (L&D)
* Create learning and development guides
* Process leavers in accordance with policy
* Prepare documentation for disciplinary hearings and grievances
* Liaise with the finance team on all payroll matters
* Assist with all general HR admin and support where required

Person specification: -

* Work experience in HR
* Ideally be studying for CIPD level 3 (however not essential)
* Need confidence to meet and induct all new employees
* A high level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft office
* Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads whilst in a busy environment
* Good communication and inter personnel skills
* Team player

This is a full time permanent HR Advisor position, 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, offering an annual salary of between GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 PA (pro-rate down to between 24 - 32 hours, part time). The position offers 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), company matched pension scheme equating to 9%, free financial advice services, and free car parking.
