You will understand and take responsibility for candidate generation and relationship management.
Duties, Skills & Experience:
Developing new business opportunities across the industrial sector in West Yorkshire
Building and maintaining client relationships, visiting client premises to determine their requirements.
Taking and filling temporary, day to day and long term bookings.
Working to financial targets, monthly and quarterly.
Candidate attraction, advertising using a variety of methods including multi-channel jobsites and social media.
Managing high volumes of temporary candidates whilst working across a large client base.
Registering candidates, ensuring all candidates are fully compliant.
Ideally you will have strong sales ability, enjoy working in a target driven environment and thrive in a fast paced team.
Must be conscientious, passionate and driven to grow your business.
Professional communication skills, ability to forge lasting client relationships.
Resilient and pro-active approach to developing new business.
A VALID DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN TRANSPORT WOULD BE A GREAT ADVANTAGE.
