LTT Vending (part of the Montagu Group) are the leading providers of hot drinks, cold drinks and snacks vending machines, dedicated to providing customers with the best products and vending services.

Here at LTT Vending, we are now looking for a Human Resources Administrator to provide first class HR support to Directors and Managers, releasing significant time for them to manage teams and develop the business as required.

Providing invaluable HR administrative support to the business, you will update and maintain HR systems and provide basic advice on best practice and on internal HR policies and processes. Managing the administration of all staffing events, job changes, promotions, demotions and lateral transfers, you will provide data to the management team in preparation for board meetings and manage the administration of training and developments. The Human Resources Administrator will also provide support with recruitment and selection; putting together job adverts, collating CV’s and organising candidate interviews/assessment centres. 

This role demands a self-motivated and compassionate individual who has proven administration experience gained within a human resources department. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have a keen eye for detail and be enthusiastic to change and improvement. We also ask that you have good IT skills to include competency in Microsoft Office.
