The role will give you an opportunity to use your excellent communication / stakeholder management skills to offer a high level of administrative support to a successful financial services organisation. You will be a flexible individual that can manage workloads with conflicting priorities, has an ability to grasp internal processes quickly and has an understanding of how a financial services organisation operates at a granular level.  

What would be of great interest to our client is a proactive individual with diverse administrative experience from a financial services background. We expect the role will typically appeal to those who thrive in providing efficient administrative support to financial teams especially with data inputting, owning the authorisation of key financial documents and providing secretarial expertise within investment meetings.
