Following the expansion of a well-established, award winning legal practice in Dorset, my client is seeking a proficient Company Commercial Solicitor to join their successful Commercial & Agricultural team in Warminster.

The role will cover a range of commercial matters to include shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial contracts, corporate restructuring, terms and conditions and business transactions to name a few.

The successful candidate will be confident in ability to network and participate in business development on behalf of the firm and will be adept to working to targets within a busy team
