Befriending & Re-ablement Officer
Salary £8,957 - 22 hours per week
The role involves supporting the independence of older people, allowing them to remain in their own home for as long as possible. Working both on a one to one basis and with groups the post holder will provide low level support, promoting self-care, social integration and aiding companionship.
