Our client a Charity for blind and partially sites children, is are looking for a confident and proactive administrator to support the Head of Human Resources in providing an efficient and comprehensive HR function to RSBC. The role is varied and no two days will be the same involving everything from recruitment to payroll & benefits to learning & development. There will be the opportunity to get involved in some aspects of office management and larger people projects as well.
The successful candidate will have good experience of providing an administrative service in a busy environment, ideally within a generalist HR context. As you will be the first point of contact for the HR department both internally and externally, excellent communication and time management skills are a must. A calm demeanour, a desire to learn and a practical and positive outlook to solving problems are also key to success in this role.
Due to the nature of the Society’s work, the successful candidate will also be required to hold a current and acceptable enhanced DBS check, or be willing to undertake one.
