An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator to join an award winning company that is the largest independent recruitment agency in the UK. If successful you will form part of an established and focused Onsite Industrial Team in Coventry.

As a On-Site Coordinator your duties will include:

- Reporting into the Contract Manager

- Develop a good understanding of client's operation, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment

- Maximising fulfilment to achieve KPI's and adhering to a Service Level Agreement

- Resourcing and interviewing candidates

- Provide administrative support to ensure all policies and procedures are followed as per company audit guidelines

- Organising inductions of new employees and introducing candidates to the client

- Daily planning / booking / management of temporary work force

- Processing payroll

An ideal On-Site Coordinator will hold the following skills:

- Fluent English

- Previous recruitment experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Focussed and flexible approach and a strong work ethic

- Ability to work under pressure

- Excellent organisation and planning skills

- Excellent PC skills (inc. Microsoft Excel & Word)

- Own transport to get to the location

You will be working Monday - Friday - flexibility is essential. Your working week will be 45 hours per week
